There are various session to select from (Mental or Spiritual Well being, Achievement/Goal Setting, Forgiveness, Mindfulness, Guided Meditation etc. During these sessions with a JN Outreach Life Coach you will Select your area if need, determine the session duration, and schedule flexible check in's and last but least you will begin your journey of change
